We train you like a cyclist, no hand weights on the bike, no spinning hard with no resistance. We want you to enjoy your knees and your back for a long time. We teach straight up hills and cadence (speed). The sweaty cycle is followed by upper body and core emphasis yoga and we end with a sweet, sweet cool down. You will love it…well after its all over that is :) Bring sneakers, mat and a water bottle. Or if you have SPD clips we got you locked in.
