Spin and yoga in one!! The best of both worlds.
30 mins of spin on our amazing bikes for cardio. Get the sweat going.30 mins yoga emphasis on upper body work and a proper good cool down. Leave energised and decompressed.
Load music and fun times guaranteed!!
YOGA CHAPPLE SEQUENCE
An hour class that consists of a specific set of movements, designed by the Yoga Chapple.
The foundation of the class is to help release tension in joints and muscles, improve breathing and build a stronger body by teaching proper firing patterns.
The class is awesome for new students but has been deigned in a way that you can advance within the sequence.
Beginner's to experienced students can practice together and feel accomplished!
Infra red heat panels will be turned on for this class.
SUNTWINE
SUNTWINE creator Lisa Stacy is an icon and all around beautiful human. She weaves yoga and Reiki together; it has been described as an "out of this world" experience. Hard to really pin down this class in words, better to give it a try.
Drop out of all judgment and just flow with the universe.
YOGA CHAPPLE FLOW
This class is all about the movement. Each pose linked to the next, moving with your breath to a rhythm.
We will design a new sequence each month. It will incorporate animal flow (primal movement), yoga vinyasana, meditation and breath work. Infra panels will be turned on for this class, meaning it will be a little hotter than usual.
