DAY 10
ADD SOME BREATH WORK AND A LONGER MEDITATION
Day 10 already !!! It’s crazy how December can just seem to fly by. The end of the year. Taxes and gatherings and work seems to get busier in anticipation to the holiday. In these times it can be really hard to find some space for yourself. A moment to breath, and take a second to really appreciate the day. The to do list might be getting bigger and that can be stressful. May I might a suggestion ? Take 10 min. Find a comfortable seat. Let the body settle and notice your breath in and then your breath out. When the to do’s start to arise in your thoughts can you instead change the to do’s to your ta da’s!!
A ta da is not a check of your to do list but rather a personal accomplishment. It does not have to be BIG rather ta da’s are smaller. ie a ta da could be that you had coffee with a friend, you baked some cookies, you took a relaxing bath, you read a few pages of your book. TA DA :) We forget sometimes when we are busy that life is still happing around us, if we don’t take a pause we forget these really import moments.
