DAY 12. ADD TOOLS FOR STRESS
We say 21 in the Video we meant to say 12….whoops :)
We have given you a, worry or prayer beads. A lot of faiths use beads as a way to meditate or pray. From the video above we have a made it so that it represents your problems or worries becoming smaller and smaller. So have this on your key chain or your pocket and use it to help release stress and see that all problems only seam big in the beginning.
In times of stress or worry just breath. Count breaths on your key chain, inhale the word “here’ and exhale the word “now'“. Bring you back to the present.
