SWITCH INFO NIGHT

SWITCH a five week course to inspire and balance your mind, body and self.

A fusion of mindfulness mediations with prompts lead by Mike Masse of mindfulness mike, with yoga and breath work lead by Joan Chapple of The Yoga Chapple. Each week there will be an exploration of each chakra ( week one and two will be combined chakras) and methods to bring the chakra back into balance.

The course provides you with a chakra manual, weekly videos to help you continue the work and access to SWITCH FACEBOOK PAGE.

Each week there will be sacred gifts, chakra tea and treats.
