One of YC’s signature classes.
30 min on a stationary cycle bike with 30 min of upper body/core yoga.
At the YC we are always creating new structured interval workouts and play lists. Our Teachers have been trained by the best, Clair Cafaro at c.o.r.e studios in Toronto! Their values are our values; INTEGRITY, SAFTY, CONNECTION, POWER AND FUN. With creativity, motivation and trained instructors you will not be disappointed in the workout or the fun times :)
If you have STP clips we got you locked in.

Fire and Ice is a yang/yin class by another name, but still as sweet. “Fire” means that we need to build heat. To build heat we need to move, hold strengthening poses and challenge the breath and body together. The “Ice” is sweetest after the fire. When we warm the muscles we give permission to ease the body into relaxation. The structure of the class is slower paced. It is a great class for all levels, even someone just venturing into yoga for the first time. Come warm up to chill out.
6:30 am comes early. This class is like a STRONG cup of coffee. The goal of the class is to invigorate the body. With use of slow flows, creative sequencing , meditation and breath work we will awaken you body, mind, self. Leave energised and ready to meet the day.
Ready to Ride will get you ready to hit the open road. Even if you are not a roadie, you will definitely feel like you can ride the tour de France when it’s all over.
These rides are 45min with a 15min stretch related to cycling.
This class is not for the faint of heart. With and Intensity of 10, it might be one to work up too. That being said if you train hard at home in your basement and think maybe you need to see fellow riders IRL then I suggest that you come out of your strava for one day a week and take this class as a challenge.
Kaileigh has a been an avid road cyclists for over 5 years, with her passion and experience on the road, she will train you like a machine and does not give up on you!
Check out our giveback page for more details on the MS bike ride where Kaileigh is out team captain.
The new studies are coming out that meditation, stillness and restorative yoga in particular can help those who practice loses weight.
Stress, higher level of cortisol and lack of sleep can lower our metabolism, especially as we get older. By allowing the body, breath and mind to find some peace and stillness in a comfortable beautiful space can do wonders for the nervous system and intern our entire body and mind.

Suntwine creator Lisa Stacy is an icon and all around beautiful human. She weaves yoga and Reiki together it has been described as an "out of this world" experience. Hard to pin down this class in words, better to give it a try:)
Drop out of all judgment of yourself and others and just flow with the universe.
Chair yoga was invented by Voelker-Binder in the late 1980s when she was teaching a mat class and one of her students, Candace Terry, developed rheumatoid arthritis.
This class is great for those that can’t easily get up and down from the ground, where moving has been limited due to injury or time. Chair yoga helps to start the process of movement slowly, mindfully and gives that helping hand with balance. We have stairs at our location, so some mobility is required.
At the YC we are always learning new ways to move the body to build it stronger so we can keep enhancing our yoga practice and body function. Don’t be SCARED of the 10 in intensity on this one! Yes it’s hard, but it is also really fun. Joanie creates a motivating and SAFE learning environment.
Kettlebell, simply put, is weight training.
Animal Flow is movement using *contralateral limbs, a series of poses designed by Micheal Flitch.
Combine these two things together you get this great partnership of thinking and moving safely. Loud music is a must. You will be shown the sequence and then move at your own pace. Joanie will look out for you. She will guide you and help you secure proper alignment so that you can be more efficient and safe with your body.
*contralateral movement- extending their left arm and their right leg simultaneously. This involves moving appendages on opposite sides of the body.
CYLCE FIX (25/15) is the espresso shot off the 30/30 and 45/15. This express class at 8 am gives you just enough time to get that sweat in before work.
We cycle for 25min and we yoga it out for 20min.
We have showers, so get sweaty, shower, change and go!
